Only 1 left in stock

The Dynacord CMS 1600-3 is a 16-channel analog mixer for live sound mixing, in any venue. The 1600-3 features 16 channels with high-performance preamps that deliver clean, clear audio with minimal noise. The CMS offers 12 mono channels and 4 stereo channels, making signal routing simple and easy. Two effects send controls, two aux sends, and two monitor sends across all channels makes further processing extremely easy, making this perfect as a monitoring hub or as a front-of-house desk. Rounded out by a USB audio interface with four playback channels, four recording channels, and MIDI compatibility, this mixer is incredibly connective and expandable.

This analog mixer also provides a staggering range of processing options, with fixed 80 Hz low-cut filter and voice filter on mono channels for cleaning up sounds, and three-band EQ with a sweepable mid control for further sound sculpting. The desk also features a stereo graphic EQ that can be routed to the master channel, or either of its two monitor outputs for extra precision. To add that final touch of quality to your mixes, the CMS also features dual effects units with 100 factory presets, 20 user slots, and adjustable parameters to complete any sources you send to it, with reverbs, delays, or modulation.

Extreme connectivity

The 1600-3 offers 12 mono channels with 4 stereo channels, as well as two aux sends, effects sends, and monitor sends per channel. This makes it incredibly simple to use and flexible. Perfect for expanding with other signal processors, input sources, as a sidecar mixer, or purely for monitoring. However, it’s still great for front-of-house mixing too. Plus, a built-in USB audio interface with four playback channels, four recording channels, lets you play backing tracks or playlists from computers or tablets, capture live sets in their entirety, or record in studio spaces. MIDI functionality via this USB connection also allows you to run keyboards or synthesizers live.

Deep processing possibilities

The final finishing touches and extra polish to really bring the best out of live sets relies on both internal and external processing options offered by your mixer of choice. The CMS shines here too, with two aux sends on each channel allowing connections to outboard gear, as well as its dual built-in effects units. Dynacord’s mixers have become beloved for their reverbs, which are all present on this powered model, as well as delay and modulation effects, letting you add space and depth to any sound source. 100 factory presets and 20 user slots give you plenty of flexibility for saving and loading your own custom effects chains, or picking pre-designed ones by Dynacord for quickly achieving great-sounding mixes.
